1. For oil leaks in the air compressor, pay attention to the oil seal area and check whether the oil seal is cracked or if the inner lip is split or folded. Replace the oil seal if any of these issues are present. Inspect the contact surface between the oil seal and the main shaft for scratches or defects—replace if damaged. Check whether the oil return is unobstructed. Poor oil return can cause excessive crankcase pressure, leading to oil seal leakage or detachment. Ensure the oil return pipe has the minimum required diameter and is not twisted or bent, allowing smooth oil return. Verify the fit dimensions between the oil seal and the housing, and replace if they do not meet standards.  

2. Check the radial clearance by forcefully moving the main shaft. If the clearance is too large, replace both the bearing bush and the oil seal.  

3. Inspect the sealing condition of all joint gaskets—repair or replace the gaskets if necessary. Check and tighten the inlet/return oil joint bolts and housing threads.  

4. For oil leaks, check and readjust the belt tension—pressing down about 10 mm with your thumb is appropriate.  

5. If oil leakage persists, inspect the housing for casting or machining defects, and repair or replace defective parts.  

Overheating Fault Analysis  

During daily operation, overheating faults may occur due to prolonged overload operation of the air compressor.  

Symptoms of overheating fault:  

1. Excessive discharge temperature.  

2. Overheating in moving parts.
